Police Agencies Pay Nothing to Attend
We cover airfare, hotel, meals, and registration if you qualify
You attend for free.. The CopTech grant covers 100% of airfare, travel, meals, and conference fees for qualified police agency buyers of IT and other technology. You’ll fly to the event, spend two nights at the hotel, and meet with colleagues, peers, and leading suppliers of police technology, all covered by your grant. There are 50 grants available for each event, and we will select from the applications submitted.
Do you qualify for our 100% travel grant?
We host agencies from 80 to 12,000 sworn officers. Your sworn headcount should be at least 80 officers. If you support a large agency and share tech buying with another person, we will consider hosting both of you if space is available.
You must be a purchaser, specifier, or recommender of specific technology solutions and providers for your agency. That can include IT, mobile technology, dispatch or records management, or related technology for law enforcement. Many of our attendees are the CIO, CTO, IT Director, or Director of R&D for their agency,
If your agency is currently seeking new suppliers for technology, or regularly reviews options for new solutions, and the agency has budget or a plan to fund those acquisitions, you are in purchasing mode. CopTech is a sourcing event, so hosting agencies with ability to buy is essential to our mission.
